Galleria Building

Palma Sola Botanical Park's Galleria is available for events.

The Pavilion on Palma Sola Botanical Park's grounds is run by the Manatee County Parks and Recreation Department.

Events can be held inside Palma Sola Botanical Park's Galeria.
 
 


Friday-Sunday- $995 plus tax

Monday-Thursday (3 hour minimum) - $ 100/hour plus tax


Baden Building Meeting Room
 


By the hour (2 hr. minimum) - $50 plus tax
Additional Requirements
 


Proof of Insurance - A certificate of liability insurance (minimum liability = $100,000) naming the Palma Sola Botanical Park as certificate holder is required for rental of our facilities.

Security/Damage Deposit - $100
Required for rental of our facilities

On-Site Event Manager - $250

Please note: all items must be removed immediately following events, to avoid storage problems and additional charges. We are not responsible for items left after the event is over and you have left the premises

Our Lease Agreement: Please contact the Park office for assistance and/or questions regarding a Lease (941) 761-2866. Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 10 am to 12 pm.

Seating for 150 people can be provided by the Palma Sola Botanical Foundation.
 Rest in our gazebo nestled in the tranquil gardens of Palma Sola Botanical Park. Beautiful views of the park can be seen from the Galleria at Palma Sola Botanical Park.
Events often move outside to our covered patio.
 Palma Sola Botanical Park is often used for weddings. Bring your own catering to any events held at Palma SOal Botanical Park.
Kitchen facilities are available for use at Palma Sola Botanical Park. Kitchen facilities are available for use at Palma Sola Botanical Park. Arrangments can be custom tailored for your event.
